PUTIN RATIFIED AGREEMENT ON ARMENIAN STATE PROPERTY PASSING ON DEBT ACCOUNT TO RUSSIA

Russian president Vladimir Putin ratified the intergovernmental agreement between Russia and Armenia concerning the passing of the Armenian state property on the account of debt to Russia.
