The question regarding the establishment of a special commission regarding Nagorno-Karabakh that will include representatives of executive and legislative branches of the authority is discussed in Azerbaijan. Judging by the Azerbaijani press information, the commission is established in order to be headed by Ilham Aliev, the son of the president of Azerbaijan. The idea to commit this panel to Ilhamu is accepted positively by “Yeni Azerbaijan’ ruling party leadership, one of the leaders of which is Aliyev-junior. The party leadership member, Deputy Shahlar Askerov has recently stated “Ilham Aliyev has right to head the commission as recently he has succeeded in anything he has undertaken”.
