ARMENIAN INTERNET USERS WILL HAVE TO PAY A DRAM FOR EACH MINUTE IN THE NET

Henceforth Armenian Internet users, connecting to the World Wide Web via telephone lines through a modem, will have to pay a dram for every minute of being in the net besides payment for access to Internet. According to the information of “Arminfo” agency, this tariff is included in the packet of new prices, fixed for telecommunication services by “ArmenTel” company. The document on introduction of new tariffs is presented to the Ministry of Transport and Communication. But before the final response of the Ministry to “ArmenTel” initiative, the tariff for Internet communication will not be put into operation.
