Today the recently formed Initiative group of “Citizens against “ArmenTel” terror” public movement has spread an appeal to nationals. The document particularly says: “Today “ArmenTel” telecommunication monopolist company on the plea of advertisement, explanatory work and singing contracts with its users does everything possible to force psychosis among wide sections of the population. Threats to disconnect telephones supported by provocative publications and appearances in mass media bribed by “ArmenTel” pursue the sole purpose to break down the people’s will, make us panic and perform rash actions. Today efforts of hundreds of our nationals hired by “ArmenTel” are directed against us. Do not trust them. The existing legal framework is sufficient to urge “ArmenTel” to order and to postpone application of payment by minute. The Initiative group of “Citizens against “ArmenTel” terror” public movement calls not to give way to false promises, given by the telecommunication occupant and mass media serving to it in connection with improvement of the quality of communication and service price-cutting, not to accept and pay any bills for city calls and to file actions if representatives of “ArmenTel” infringe upon our rights. Remember, if we keep together, “ArmenTel” will not stand even three days,” – the spread message says.
