YEREVAN MUSEUM OF SERGEY PARAJANOV RECEIVED A PRESENT FROM THE RUSSIAN PRESIDENT

The museum house of Sergey Parajanov received an unexpected present from President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. Parajanov’s painting was sent from Moscow to the museum as a present on behalf of the President. Director of the museum Zaven Sargsian told an “Arminfo” journalist about it. In his words, the present is an oil-painting, in which an episode from urban life is depicted. In all probability it is a unique early work of the prominent film director.
