Yesterday two national Azerbaijani prisoners of war, one of whom is serviceman, were transferred to International Committee of the Red Cross and OSCE representatives by the Armenian authorities. As noted in the press release of ICRC Baku office, Azerbaijani citizen Arif Ilsov and Miza Jafarov were released at the border between the two countries near Kazakh. Both captives expressed firm intention to return to Azerbaijan.
