“CHILDREN’S WORLD” DEPARTMENT STORE SOLD TO RUSSIAN MULTIMILLIONAIRE AT 900 THOUSAND DOLLARS

One of the biggest trade centres of the Armenian capital “Children’s World” department store is sold to “Soglasiye” Russian concern at 900 thousand dollars. Russian multimillionaire of Armenian descent, specializing in diamond mining, President of the Union of Armenians of Russia Ara Abramian is the owner of the company. As reported by “Arka” agency, “Soglasiye” JSC intends to invest 3-5 million dollars into the building repairs. The company has a right to change the type of the enterprise and organize any other activity except the industrial one. Let us note that “Soglasiye” will grant 15 thousand dollars to Yerevan Benevolent Fund to meet the needs of the capital. Let us remind that three auctions were held for selling the building earlier, but they did not succeed due to absence of applications.
