ARMENNIA’S GOVERNMENT HAS REACHED A DECISION REGARDING PRIVATIZATION OF 16 STRATEGIC ENTERPRISES

Armenia’s government has reached a decision about preparation for state share privatization of 16 enterprises having strategic importance. The list of enterprises includes: metal mining and metallurgy industries – Zangezur and Agarak copper and molybdenum factories, Kapan and Akhtala mining factories; radio electronics- “Orbita” and Razdanmash”; chemical industry- “Polivinilacetat”, “Nairit” and “Doghagorts”; mechanical-engineering- Spitak lift constructing factory and “Shapuga”; light industry- “Kholany”; energetics- Razdan thermoelectric power station, Yerevan thermoelectric power station, Cascade Sevan-Razdan and “Vorotan hydroelectric power station system”.
