A survey of Armenian banking sphere was conducted in 5 major cities of Armenia: Yerevan, Gyumri, Vanadzor, Kapan and Armavir.
VTB Armenia was reported to lead in the survey, public awareness of the bank comprising 82%. The bank also showed best results in customer trust factor.
