Hayazn youth union congratulated the people of Artsakh on the 19th anniversary of proclamation of independence.
“Independence of Artsakh was the only right choice. Today, the republic is developing and prospering. We believe that sooner of later, Artsakh will once become one of the most beautiful parts of a unified Armenia,” the union said is a statement.
