Armenian foreign minister Vartan Oskanyan has left for Ugoslavia. Meetings of the Foreign minister with Yugoslavia’s president Voyslav Koshtunitsey, Yugoslav’s foreign minister Goran Svilanovich, speaker of the parliament Dragolyub Nikonovich are planned. Vartan Oskanyan will also visit Kosovo, where he will meet with the leadership of the UNO temporal admnistrative mission. Armenian delegation led by Vartan Oskanyan plans to meet with president of Montenegro, a part of Yugoslavia Milo Dukanivich, speaker of the parliament Vesna Perovich and foreign minister Drako Lukavoch August 25. The delegation will return to Yerevan August 26.
