The session of the committee, coordinating the events for fulfilment of Armenia’s obligations for joining the Council of Europe has taken place today. President Robert Kotcharyan was the chairman of the session. As it is informed in press-release, spread by the public relation service of presidential office, the committee members drew their attention to the question of the transfer of the prisons and reformatory facilities from the structure of ministry of internal affairs to the structure of the ministry of justice.
