NKR’S PARLIAMENT IS GOING TO DECLARE AMNESTY

The regular parliament session of Nagorno-Karabakh parliament will start August 24. The session agenda item is the question of the amnesty declaration. The amnesty will be due to the 1700 celebration of Christianity adoption in Armenia and the10 anniversary of NKR’s independence declaration.
