Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of US to Armenia Michael Lemmon stated to journalists yesterday that the key to resolution of the Karabakh problem is only in the hands of the conflicting parties. He considers that settlement of the conflict is impossible without mutual compromises. “The matter is that each side should decide for itself what from and what for it is ready to renounce,” – M.Lemmon said. He emphasized that ” only the parties to conflict can make such a decision and no one will deprive them of this responsibility”.
