Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) employees will take diversified refresher electronic communications and IT courses.
The training program will start October 4 to be continued till March 2011. Foreign experts will assist in PSRC work towards solution of specific issues in Armenian electronic services market.
The program was financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the government of Finland, PSRC press service told PanARMENIAN.Net.
