As the head of the organization A. Gulyan has stated, at the moment “Democratic Artsakh Union” combines all the interested powers with the aim of improvement of the socio-economic situation in Karabakh and the settlement of the Karabakh question. The union “Democratic Artsakh” at the moment is representing the parliament majority in the National Assembly of Karabakh. The main goal of the organization is to ensure internal political stability in the republic and to assist the authorities in the solution of the most actual problems of Artsakh. According to A. Gulyan, in the nearest future it is planned the reorganization of the “Democratic Artsakh Union” into party.
