The Armenian Defense Ministry has announced that the battery commander, three sergeants and three privates were detained over suspension of personal violence committed against private Samvel Khachatryan.
The investigation found out that Khachatryan was humiliated and beaten, the Ministry’s press office reported.
A criminal case was initiated under article 359.3 and 375.2.
