. Azerbaijanian Parliamentary delegation headed by Murtuz Aleskerov, Chairman of Milli Mejlis, left for Ankara today. As reported by CNA agency, the visit of the members of the Parliament is of official nature and on the invitation of the presidency of the National Assembly of Turkey. The members of the Azerbaijanian delegation will hold negotiations with the leadership of the Government and the Parliament of the neighbour country. President Ahmed Sezer will also receive them. Together with other questions, they will discuss the problem of Nagorny Karabakh. Within the framework of the visit the meeting of Azerbaijanian-Turkish group of the members of Parliament, who are members of delegations to Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, will be held in Ankara. As it is known, at the last summer session the Azerbaijanian delegation supported Turkey’s position while discussing the process of meeting its obligations to the Council of Europe.
