Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Vilayat Guliev has stated that “Parisian principles of the Karabakh problem settlement do not exist”. “Mediamax” agency informs that Guliev has named “the Parisian principles” the next “invention” of the Armenian side. “Presidents Aliev and Kocharian simply exchanged opinions in Paris. If an agreement concerning any principles had been achieved, the both parties would have informed about this,” – the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan stated.
