Work to fix VivaCell-MTS network outage in progress

Failure of one of VivaCell-MTS network subsystems caused a portion of company subscribers to experience intermittent disruptions because of the outage.

At present work is in progress to fix the network outage, VivaCell-MTS press service reported.
