ACCORDING TO AZERBAIJANIAN OPPOSTION, ALIEV HAS GIVEN HIS CONSENT TO INDEPENDENCE OF KARABAKH

One of the leaders of “National Front” influential party in Azerbaijanian opposition Ali Kerimov has come out with a declaration, which states that Heydar Aliev has agreed to a modification of the settlement of the Karabakh problem providing actual independence to Nagorny Karabakh. By his words, the official Baku allowed Stepanakert to have a Constitution, its own currency and the most important – its army, which will not be subordinated to Azerbaijan.
