THE NEXT MEETING OF THE PRESIDENTS OF ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN WILL TAKE PLACE IN TWO MONTHS

. The next meeting of the Presidents Kocharian and Aliev will take place in 2-3 months. Chairman of the Parliamentary Commission on state legal affairs Victor Dallakian, who heads the Armenian delegation at the session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea economic cooperation taking place in the Azerbaijani capital, stated this in Baku, referring to the RA Foreign Minister’s words. According to Dallakian, the place and time of the meeting of the Presidents has not been determined yet.
V. Dallakian noted that Armenia sees two ways to resolve the Nagorny Karabakh problem: declaring the independence of Nagorny Karabakh or joining it to RA. He holds that while solving this problem it is necessary to proceed from three factors: history, law and contemporary reality. “After the Presidents of the two countries find a way to settle the problem and consider it possible to report about it to the publics of their countries, it will be necessary to hold a referendum to let the peoples tell their final word,” – Dallakian stated.
