Beeline Entrepreneurship National Camp winner determined

Tsakhkadzor hosted Beeline Entrepreneurship National Camp as part of the third Skills for Employability Enterprise Challenge competition for vocational schools students aged 15-18.

The contest participants were suggested to create an attractive package of offers for varied social and professional groups, including businessmen, pensioners, housewife’s, office employees, journalists, students, politicians.

The jury prize went to the team who authored the best package of offers for pensioners complete with additional medical services.

The jury consisted of CEO of ArmenTel company Igor Klimko, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Armenia, member of the RA NA Martin Sargsyan, Gareth Wynn Owen, the Deputy Head of Mission, British Embassy, head of the Department of Secondary and Vocational Education at the RA Ministry of Education and Science Robert Abramyan.

The competition is organized by the British Council jointly with the RA Ministry of Education and Science and Youth Achievements of Armenia organization, through the exclusive sponsorship of ArmenTel company.

The Skills for Employability Enterprise Challenge is a series of national competitions held in Great Britain and ten countries in Eastern Europe, including Armenia, leading to an international competition, aiming to encourage young people to use their skills in enterprising and innovative ways, ultimately enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial flair. Over 3,000 students participated in the competition in 2008-2010.
