ECONOMIC GROWTH RATE IN ARMENIA EXCEEDS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE STATE BUDGET

. The Government relies that the economic growth rate in Armenia will increase to 6.5-7% before the end of the year 2001. According to Minister of Finance and Economy Vardan Khachatrian, in case of successful realization of the actions of celebrating the 1700-th anniversary of adoption of Christianity in Armenia, we may hope that the Gross Domestic Product will run up to 9%.
