THE DECISION ABOUT THE FORM OF “ARARATCEMENT” PREVATISATION WILL BE TAKEN AFTER JULY 2

. The commission of the privatization of strategic enterprises must finish to analyse the demands for 100 percent of the enterprise giant before July 2. As said the Minister of the Management of State Property David Vardanian, after that the commission will take a decision about the form of the enterprise’s privatization. It was mentioned that three foreign company (“Holsim” from Switzerland, “Seament” form Lebanon, and “Titan Cement” from Greece) and also the coworkers of the same enterprise claim to obtain “Araratcement”. All claimants have the possibility to add their proposals till July 2.
