Ukrainian cellular operator Kyivstar G.S.M. has lowered tariffs for roaming services in CIS countries.
The company announced 54% drop in tariffs for incoming calls in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, following the anti-monopoly committee’s demand to make roaming services economically reasonable.
