YEREVAN, June 1. /Mediamax/. American Co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk Group for Karabakh conflict settlement, Carey Cavanaugh said today that the approaches of Russia and the USA toward Karabakh peace process were “practically identical”.
He said this speaking at the interactive news conference, organized by the U.S. Department of State for Armenian and Azerbaijani journalists. Cavanaugh noted that the point of the statements of the Russian president, made after the Thursday meeting of the “Caucasian Four” in Minsk, practically completely coincides with what President George W. Bush was saying at the meeting with the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan after the talks in Key West. –0–
