YEREVAN, June 1. /Mediamax/. Chairman of the commission for foreign affairs of the National Assembly of Armenia, Hovanes Hovanesian said today in the interview to Mediamax that the Armenian parliament is open to discussion of regional issues with colleagues from Russia, Georgia and Azerbaijan.
Hovanesian said this commenting at the request of Mediamax on the statement of the leaders of “Caucasian 4”, approved Thursday in Minsk, which stated of the support of the presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia to the proposal to hold meetings of representatives of the legislative branch of the four countries.
According to the Armenian MP, “such forums will have a positive impact on the solution of the questions, discussed in “3+1” format. –0–
