YEREVAN, June 1. /Mediamax/. Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev says that Russia may play a more active and decisive role in Karabakh settlement.
Mediamax informs quoting Russian agencies that Heydar Aliyev has stated this Thursday following the meeting of “Caucasus four” in Minsk. According to him, the chief elements for settlement are the political will of Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders and “more active actions of OSCE Minsk group”.
Following the session of the “Caucasian four” Russian President Vladimir Putin held a bilateral meeting with Heydar Aliyev, which was earlier planned for Friday. –0–
