Bread production in Armenia totaled 273.1thous. tons in January-November, remaining unchanged as compared with the same period in 2009.
At the same time, flour production increased by 15.4%, amounting to 139.1thous. tons, while confectionery production amounted to 10.2thous. tons that is 15.3% higher compared to January-November 2009, the RA National Statistical Service reported.
Production of macaroni products increased by 3.2%, totaling 2.4thous. tons in January-November 2010. During the same period, cereal production grew by 2.1 times, amounting to 469.1 tons.
