ArmenTel has launched 3G network operations in Armenian cities of Ararat, Armavir, Artashat, Ashtarak, Vardenis, Vedi, Gavar, Yeghvard, Masis, Metsamor, Hrazdan, Sevan as well as in dozens of Armenian village communities.
Parallel to expansion of coverage zone, multiple new 3G stations were put into operation in the cities of Abovyan, Vanadzor, Gyumri, Echmiadzin and Yerevan, thus enlarging the capacity of current network.
ArmenTel’s 3G network covers a territory with a population of 2,5 million throughout Armenia, the company’s press service reported.
