In the course of 2010, Armenian Ministry of Finance-developed law aimed at facilitation of taxation for low- turnover business entities was further ratified by the Armenian government.
The Ministry took steps to prevent partitioning of major businesses in order to use privileges meant for M&S businesses, Armenian Ministry of Finance annual report said.
