Stepanakert will host presentation of Live Journal blog of NKR Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan on January 17.
A year ago, the Armenian Prime Minister launched his blog: tigransargsyan.livejournal.com.
Mr. Sargsyan wrote in his last note that the blog provided him with the opportunity to learn about problems, which present interest for Armenia’s bloggers.
