Telcell and WebMoney payment terminals launched a WebMoney Check joint project, allowing to e-purchase through use of WebMoney service, without being a system user.
The service can be activated through a mobile phone.
WebMoney Transfer payment system was created in 1998 and made available for free use worldwide, Tellcell press service reported.
