IT and Telecommunication Union was established in Artsakh.
As reported by Artsakh Today, during a meeting organized by the NKR ministry of Economic Development, participants elected a council which included 5 organizations.
The goals of the Union are formation of market structures, establishment of ties with Diaspora and development of business etiquette.
