AZERBAIJAN MUST BE INTERESTED IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH NAGORNO KARABAKH, SECRETARY OF NKR SECURITY COUNCIL SAYS

YEREVAN, May 7. /Mediamax/. The Secretary of Security Council of Nagorno Karabakh Republic /NKR/, Karen Baburian said to Mediamax that the official Baku must be interested in negotiating with Nagorno Karabakh in order to continue the peace process and solve its own problems.
“As long as Nagorno Karabakh is thrown out from the settlement process, no progress can be expected,” Karen Baburian said. –0–
