ARMENIA IS AMONG COUNTRIES HAVING LEAST RESTRICTIVE WEB ACCESS

YEREVAN, May 3. /Mediamax/. Some eight countries, including Armenia, whose print and broadcast media are rated Partly Free nevertheless have Least Restrictive Web access, the annual report of Freedom House, dedicated to Press Freedom Day, states.
The number of Internet-users in Armenia is estimated 30.000 people, which, according to Freedom House data, makes 0.9% of the whole population of the country.
