WB REPRESENTATIVE IS OPTIMISTIC ABOUT THE COMING NY BUSINESS FORUM “INVESTMENTS IN ARMENIA”

YEREVAN, April 30. /Mediamax/. Head of the World Bank (WB) Yerevan Office Oweis Sahadat is optimistic about the upcoming May 9-11 New York business forum “Investments in Armenia”, one of the organizers of which is WB, Sahadat said today at a press conference in Yerevan.
The WB representative said that according to preliminary data, more than 300 businessmen will take part in the business-forum. The delegation of Armenia, led by President Robert Kocharian, will comprise 100 persons.
Oweis Sahadat stressed that the zero inflation, stable rate of national currency and unprecedented rates of economic growth in CIS make Armenia a country, “favorable for attracting investments”. –0–
