RUSHAYLO SAYS ISSUE OF INCREASING LIST OF ACS MEMBER-COUNTRIES WAS NOT DISCUSSED IN YEREVAN

YEREVAN, April 27. /Mediamax/. The Chairman of the Committee of Secretaries of Security Councils (CSSC) of member-countries of the Agreement on Collective Security (ACS), Secretary of Security Council of Russia Vladimir Rushaylo said today in Yerevan that the issue of increasing the list of ACS member-countries was not discussed.
Rushaylo said this at a press conference following the CSSC session, held in Yerevan on April 26-27. At the same time the issues of interaction in all the aspects with CIS countries not included in the ACS were discussed, Rushaylo said.
Secretary of Security Council to Armenian President, Serzh Sarkisian stressed at the press conference the necessity of regular information exchanges in the context of fighting against international terrorism. Sarkisian reminded that earlier Rushaylo, like he himself, were heading ministries dealing with such problems. –0–
