YEREVAN, April 27. /Mediamax/. The Chief of the General Headquarters of the Armed Forces (GHAF) of Armenia, General-Lieutenant Michael Harutiunian voiced his confidence in the interview to Russian “Krasnaya Zvezda” paper that the strategic Armenian-Russian cooperation “will continue in all directions, including in military and military-technical sphere”.
At the same time, Harutiunian said the cooperation with other countries shouldn’t be excluded.
In response to the question – where does Armenia plan to purchase newest means of equipment, the Chief of GHAF said: “90 per cent of armament and military equipment of our army are of Russian manufacture. No changes are expected in the near future in this respect”. –0–
