YEREVAN, April 27. /Mediamax/. “The admissible variant for us is the reunification of Nagorno Karabakh with Armenia, or the international fixation of its independent status,” the statements of leaders of all the Parliament factions and deputy groups adopted today in Yerevan says.
They have named also other concepts of Karabakh settlement, which are fundamental, according to them: participation of NKR authorities in designation of the final variant of settlement, ensuring of the necessary length of the Armenia-NKR border to safeguard the security of Nagorno Karabakh. “The territory of Armenia must not become a subject for discussion during the negotiations, and the possible communication corridor must not be opened at the expense of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Armenia,” the statement says.
The authors of the announcement stress that the proposed variant of the settlement must be submitted to the consideration of political forces and peoples of Armenia and Karabakh. –0–
