Armenia’s State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) jointly with antimonopoly agencies of Germany and Lithuania have launched Twinning target program.
The Twinning program aims to help beneficiary countries to develop modern and efficient administrations, with the structures, human resources and management skills needed to implement the EU acquis. Current Twinning project aims at the development of competitive field in Armenia.
Twinning Launch Forum will be held in Yerevan o February 23, hosting the head of EU delegation to Armenia, representatives of Lithuanian and German Embassies, Armenian state officials as well as public and international organizations, SCPEC press service reported.
