YEREVAN, April 20. /Mediamax/. The Armenian FM Vardan Oskanian said speaking by “Armenia” TV that the Turkish factor did not exist for Armenia presently.
He noted that Turkey had lost its weight for Armenia. “Armenia tries his best to provide its security, and it is caused by the absence of confidence towards Turkey,” Oskanian stressed.
The Minister said that Turkey had not reacted in any way to Key West negotiations from the viewpoint of removing the blockade of Armenia. Today we can say that in last 10 years Turkey has lost its levers to influence the Karabakh settlement, Vardan Oskanian stressed. –0–
