Members of Prometey Bank LLC held an extraordinary meeting on February 24, 2011.
The meeting approved the bank’s amended charter, under which the bank’s authorized capital will increase by AMD 3.6bln to amount to AMD 14.4bln against AMD 7.2bln in the beginning of 2011.
The bank members will have the following structure: RF resident Prometey City – 49.975%, ZNGS Prometey OJSC- 46.125%, RF citizen Vazgen Gevorgyan -3.9%.
