American Armenian benefactor Kirk Kerkorian, 100% owner of MGM Mirage company, has agreed to manage Sis, Masis, New Armenia project.
The relevant decision was adopted late in December 2010, the Armenian Development Agency told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
Financing at the amount of around USD 400mln will be required for the project implementation. The project envisages organization of recreational zones around Yeghvard water basin, with casinos, as well as sport and leisure complexes to be constructed there.
