YEREVAN, April 19. /Mediamax/. The Helsinki Association of Armenia spoke today with a statement, addressed to the Council of Europe (CoE), in which it called on this organization “to take all the necessary measures so that Armenia began to fulfill the commitments it undertook when entering the CoE”.
As the Helsinki Association of Armenia told Mediamax today, “after the official accession to the Council of Europe, Armenian authorities considered that they could continue with impunity the policy of infringement of basic human rights and freedoms”.
