On April 23 Caspian Studies Program of the John Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, will run a panel discussion and a private informal dinner on the latest round of negotiations on Nagorno-Karabakh. U.S. Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk group Ambassador Carey Cavanaugh will be the panelist.
Mediamax was informed today in the Headquarters of Caspian Studies Program that Hamlet Isaxanli, the President of Khazar University in Baku, and Ronald Suny, from the University of Chicago, were also invited to participate in the discussions.
The Caspian Program at Harvard is funded by Azeri lobbying groups and Exxon, Mobil, Chevron oil companies. –0–
