YEREVAN, April 17. /Mediamax/. Results of the tender on privatization of the 4 distributive power networks of Armenia will be announced on 29 April. Mediamax was informed today by the press-service of government that such a decision was adopted at the extraordinary session of the government today.
According to the changes made in the schedule of privatization, the envelopes with proposals of participants and with prices offered by them for purchase of the networks will be opened on 21 April. Besides, according to those changes, the agreement on sale and purchase of the shares to be signed by the Armenian government with the winner is to be prepared by April 29. –0–
