WB STARTED IMPLEMENTATION OF PROGRAM SUPPORTING LEGAL REFORMS IN ARMENIA

YEREVAN, April 13. /Mediamax/. The World Bank (WB) has started implementation of a credit program supporting the legal reforms in Armenia, the Head of the WB Yerevan office Oweys Saadat said today at a press-conference.
He reminded that the volume of the program made $11 mln 400 thousand USD, from which 800 thousand were to be paid by the Armenian government. The program is to be accomplished till 30 June 2004.
Within the frameworks of the credit program reconstruction of 20 court buildings over the territory of Armenia is stipulated. A new court building will be constructed in Gyumri. –0–
