ROBERT KOCHARIAN: WE ARE INTERESTED IN ACCURATE AND UNBIASED PUBLICATIONS ABOUT ARMENIA IN RUSSIAN MASS MEDIA

YEREVAN, April 12. /Mediamax/. We are sincerely interested in that Russian mass media gives an accurate and unbiased elucidation of the events proceeding in our country, President of Armenia Robert Kocharian said today at the meeting with representatives of leading Russian mass media, who have come to Yerevan on the initiative of the “Union of Armenians of Russia”.
As Mediamax was informed today in the press office of the president of Armenia, Robert Kocharian expressed the opinion that Armenian-Russian relations, the strategic partnership of the two countries, must constantly be in the focus of mass media. President stressed that the Armenian society and political forces are sensitively taking the publications about Armenia in Russian mass media. The information field connecting us can play a great role in the consolidation of Armenian-Russian relations, President Kocharian said. –0–
